By accessing or enrolling through training.braynedigital.com, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Website or participating in our training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the Website.
2. Eligibility
Our training programs are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Participants below 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment or official registration.
- Fees are non-transferable but may be refunded or rescheduled under certain conditions (see Section 5).
- Brayne Digital reserves the right to deny or revoke enrollment if false information is provided.
4. Training Participation
- Attendance and participation in face-to-face sessions are required for certification.
- Brayne Digital may record or photograph sessions for educational and marketing purposes (participants may opt out by notifying the team).
- Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Cancellations made 7 days before the start of a training batch may qualify for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued once training has commenced, but participants may rebook for a future batch.
- In cases where Brayne Digital cancels a session, participants will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
6. Certificates and Completion
Certificates are issued only upon:
- Full attendance or completion of required modules, and
- Fulfillment of all program requirements and payments.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, and content are the property of Brayne Digital Corporation.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Brayne Digital shall not be liable for:
- Losses due to misuse of the Website or materials.
- Interruptions caused by system maintenance, internet issues, or force majeure events.
- Any indirect or incidental damages arising from training participation.
9. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Respect trainers, staff, and fellow learners.
- Avoid plagiarism, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts classes.
- Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ information.
Violations may lead to removal from the program without refund.
10. Modifications
Brayne Digital reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes shall be resolved in the proper courts of Cavite.
